BOC expands online customer service

OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) has launched an online web portal providing round-the-clock customer service to accredited facilities, according to a press release. The portal, called MyBOC, allows facilities to notify the BOC of updates and changes at all times. In addition, it enables facilities to apply for reaccreditation, pay for additional site surveys, verify and edit contact information, and add or remove product categories.
