BOC snags another Stevie Award

OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Board of Certification/Accreditation has won a bronze Stevie Award for “E-Commerce Customer Service” for its customer service and social media efforts. It’s the fifth time in four years BOC has won an award, according to a press release. “All of us at BOC are proud to be recognized again by the Stevie Awards, this time for both innovation and customer service. These two values influence the ways we communicate with our customers and optimize the e-commerce customer experience,” said BOC President and CEO, Claudia Zacharias. The Stevie Awards recognize the achievements of business organizations and professionals around the world.
