RESNA announces conference speakers

WASHINGTON – Former Indy 500 driver Sam Schmidt, founder of the Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation, will open RESNA’s “Racing Towards Excellence in AT” conference. Held June 13-15 in Indianapolis, the conference will also feature Gregor Wolbring, a University of Calgary scholar of ableism ethics and governance, and Cole Galloway, a University of Delaware pediatric mobility researcher. Heading into the conference, RESNA plans to host instructional courses June 11 and 12, including “Fundamentals in Assistive Technology.” RESNA will post the complete program at
