Apria, Blackstone deal investigated

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--Levi & Korinsky will investigate The Blackstone Group's proposed acquisition of Apria Healthcare, it announced in mid-July. The New York law firm specializes in securities and shareholder litigation. Shareholders are expected to vote on the deal in September. The acquisition recently cleared an antitrust regulatory review. Apria announced June 19 it negotiated a $1.6 billion buyout offer from The Blackstone Group.
