Chad Therapeutics' domestic conserver sales are up 25% over the same corresponding quarter last year, although the company is reporting an overall revenue decline of 7% in the 2nd qtr. of fiscal 2003. Sales of the Total O2 transfilling concentrator were down, partly due to an acquisition of a big customer last year by a national player that doesn't use Total O2. Chad expects a resumption of positive overall revenue comparisons next month…. CareCentrics revenues for the 3rd qtr. of 2002 were up about 12% over last year, and the company turned a $366,000 profit this year vs. a $4.8 million loss in the same qtr, last year. Said company CEO John Festa: "We consider this quarter to be the start of a new growth era for the company… Allied Healthcare Products reported a net loss of $240,000 in the 1st qtr of fiscal 2003; last year's loss in the same qtr. was $510,000.


Invacare has named Bridget A. Miller to the position of vice president and general counsel. An Invacare employee since 1993, Miller served as assistant general counsel and director of risk management prior to her promotion... Respironics' shareholder group elected current directors J. Cost is $199 per person… Arrow Professional Enterprises has signed a consulting services agreement with Fidelis Software, a Duluth, Ga.-based software development firm. Under the terms of the agreement, Arrow will provide Fidelis with data conversion services and field implementation support for Brightree, the first Web based enterprise application for the home medical equipment (HME) industry.
