Byram Healthcare chooses Choice Medical Supplies

MILFORD, Conn. - Byram Health Centers, a provider of medical supplies to patients in the home, made inroads into the West Coast last week with the acquisition of Choice Medical Supplies, a market leader in the Northwest and Northern California.
"With Choice's market leadership and strong patient and provider relationships in the Northwest, this acquisition provides the combined company with a terrific platform to expand further along the West Coast," said Byram CEO Raymond Noeker.
Byram previously did not have a significant presence on the West Coast, according to a company press release.
The combination will boost Byram's customer base to nearly 250,000 customers and will generate annual revenues in excess of $100 million, said the release.
After the acquisition's completion, Byram will have more than 450 employees and will operate 11 customer service locations and six distribution centers nationwide. The headquarters will remain in Milford, Conn., but Byram will work to maintain a significant presence in Bellevue, Washington, where Choice was headquartered.
