CitusHealth co-founder recognized by Crain’s

NEW YORK – Melissa Kozak, co-founder and president of CitusHealth, a digital health solutions provider for the home-based care industry, has been recognized as one of Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 Notable Healthcare Leaders. Kozak, a registered nurse, founded CitusHealth to enable better communication methods in health care. “CitusHealth is a reflection of the belief my team and I share that better tools are needed to provide comprehensive support to patients receiving care outside the hospital setting,” said Kozak. “Especially during the onset of the pandemic, we wanted to ensure patients had adequate means to communicate with their care providers and that care teams had ways to collaborate with one another despite remote work environments. Receiving this award from Crain’s is a great honor and I am thrilled to continue to provide solutions to all stakeholders in the post-acute care continuum.” Crain’s publishes its Notable in Heath Care list annually, choosing honorees for their leadership, civic engagement, and other factors.
