HOUSTON -- Complete Care Medical announce in July that its wholly owned subsidiary, Diabetes Gold, entered an agreement to offer its products and services to the members of LifeGuard Benefit Services. LifeGuard offers its members discounts on standard health care needs, such as physicians and prescription drugs. Under the agreement, LifeGuard's 5 million members will have access to Diabetes Gold's diabetes management program.
