Global Medical Direct inks consulting contract

LENEXA, Kan. - Global Medical Direct (GMD), a medical equipment provider with HME and diabetes supplies branches, signed a consulting contract with Connectyx Technologies, according to a press release. A healthcare business process outsourcing company based in Stuart, Fla., Connectyx will provide management consulting for GMD and its two sub-branches—Midwest Medical Services, a diabetes footwear provider; and Complete Medical Homecare, an HME company. The consulting work will include compliance services, new business development and strategic planning, according to the release.
