ALEXANDRIA, Va.--The Medicare Home Infusion Therapy Coverage Act of 2009 continues to gain sponsors. In June, the bills, which seek to have medical services, supplies and equipment needed to deliver home therapy covered under Medicare Part B, had 13 senators (S. 254) and 83 representatives (H.R. 574) signed on. The bills were introduced in January. The National Home Infusion Association has made a big grassroots push in recent months to build support for the bill.
