'Heat up your business'
ORLANDO, Fla. – Essentially Women’s 15th annual Educational Conference and Tradeshow in March promises to be a hot ticket.
This year’s Focus on the Future event, slated for March 8-9 in Orlando, Fla., has the theme “Heat up Your Business.”
The schedule of education includes sessions on business development, management, sales, merchandising, marketing and accreditation.
Three sessions highlight leadership. The first, “Relationship Networking: Building Personal Connections for Professional Results,” will review how to increase your influence both personally and professionally by building up your network and increasing your value to that network.
The second, “The Art of Coaching: Establishing and Maintaining a Culture of Excellence,” will review The Coaching Process system and how it helps managers and company leaders to encourage employee achievements.
The third, “Lessons in Leadership,” will focus on four leadership domains: who you are, what you do, what you inspire; and what you enable. These domains help you define, understand and measure your leadership capacity and performance.
Other sessions will provide guidance on how to grow your business. “Make Your Business Contagious!” will review how to create an experience that will bring in new customers who then spread the word.
Focus on the Future will also feature an exhibit hall and numerous networking opportunities, including a welcome reception on March 8 that will feature live music and dancing.
