HME Specialists chooses CareTouch

DENVER - HME Specialists now uses CareTouch360 to automate the management of its sleep apnea patients, CareTouch Communications announced Nov. 19. CareTouch360 uses a patient's preferred method of communication (IVR, live call, email or web) to monitor PAP use, document compliance and manage resupply orders. It also helps to keep staff apprised of any issues that need attention, according to the release. “Partnering with CareTouch enables us to focus our time on helping our customers at intake and fulfilling their resupply orders,” said Dave Evans, vice president of HME Specialists, an HME provider that operates throughout New Mexico and western Texas.
