ELYRIA, Ohio, and DULUTH, Ga. – Invacare will market Brightree’s business management software solution to HME providers nationwide as part of a five-year partnership announced today.

Per the partnership, Brightree will become part of Invacare’s iPartner Solutions portfolio.

“The goal of Invacare iPartner Solutions is to help HME providers re-evaluate their business operations and find new opportunities to streamline business functions, reduce costs and focus on key, profitable activities,” stated Carl Will, senior vice president, Invacare HomeCare North American, in a release. “Based on the input of a large number of our customers, we believe that Brightree’s business management software presents our customers with another valuable business solution.”

Brightree supports more than 20,000 users on its Internet-hosted product. These users file more than 20 million claims annually valued at more than $4.3 billion.

The partnership allows Brightree to expand beyond billing, collecting and managing inventory effectively, stated Dave Cormack, Brightree president and CEO, in a release.

“Now we are setting our sights on creating the same efficiency for HME/DME supply chain management, and this agreement with Invacare is a huge first step,” he stated.

Invacare’s partnership with Brightree ends a similar partnership announced last year with Bonafide Management Systems.
