Are legislative and regulatory priorities on state and national issues the same for national providers of home medical equipment as for smaller, independent providers?   Competitive bidding with sole source providers is another example of a system that is designed to eliminate the smaller providers ability to compete. I can't see how any provider regardless of size or coverage areas, can be thrilled about competitive bidding. Both providers depending on region, receive the same allowable from Medicare.
