Letters to the editor: 'Strong, vibrant company'

I was glad to see coverage of our Ergolet acquisition in HME News (“LDI: An old dog with new tricks,” March 2009). But I can't say I felt good about the “old dog/new tricks” headline. The headline made it seem as though we were a tired, old company looking for fresh hunting. We aren't. LDI is a strong, vibrant company that is expanding into the healthcare market. I hope that as we have future interactions, we can demonstrate to you that we are improving the competitive landscape in healthcare by bringing high-quality, functional products to the marketplace.
