Long-time Invacare exec joins Sunrise

LONGMONT, COlo. - Hymie Pogir, who guided Invacare's power wheelchair development for more than two decades, has joined Sunrise Medical as senior vice president of marketing and program development, a new position. Pogir left Invacare in 2003 to join Stealth Technologies, a manufacturer of wheelchair components. Sunrise announced Pogir's hire in early January.
