Matria announces cash deal to acquire CorSolutions Medical

MARIETTA, Ga. - Matria announced it had entered into a merger agreement to acquire CorSolutions Medical. The Rosemont, Ill.-based company provides disease management and related services to employers, health plans and government-sponsored healthcare programs. The total purchase price for CorSolutions will be $445 million cash. The deal is expected to be completed by year-end or shortly thereafter.
