More NCB teleconferences on the way

WASHINGTON - CMS has scheduled two more competitive bidding teleconferences for June 20 and June 21, the agency announced late Friday afternoon.
The teleconferences will cover:
* Small Suppliers (June 20, 2 to 3:30 p.m. EST): During this call, officials will discuss small supplier provisions, including the small supplier target; selection of multiple winners; bidding in separate product categories; and networks.
* Open Call (June 21, 2 to 4 p.m. EST): During this call, officials will provide suppliers an opportunity to ask questions about the competitive bidding program.
CMS hosted three teleconferences the first week of June.
There is no charge for the teleconferences. To register, go to www.dmecompetitivebid.com. Providers may submit their questions ahead of time when they register to attend one or more events. CMS will send providers more information, including the call-in number and confirmed date and time, after they register.
An audio recording and transcripts will be available on www.dmecompetitivebid.com after each teleconference. If providers have any questions, they can call 877-577-5331.
