P4QC hosts webinar for Medicare bennies

WATERLOO, Iowa - People for Quality Care will host a webinar for Medicare beneficiaries and family caregivers on Dec. 1 to provide them with the latest developments on competitive bidding and teach them how to get involved in the fight to protect their access to HME. “As government policies and Medicare cuts continue to limit access to HME, the need for patients to speak out is becoming increasingly important,” P4QC said. HME providers are encouraged to invite their customers to participate in the free webinar on Thursday at 2 p.m. EST. Ashley Plauche, manager of government affairs for AAHomecare, will join the P4QC team for the webinar, titled “Learn How to Take Action to Protect Your Access to Home Medical Equipment.”
