Pride Mobility has Lady Gaga, ActiveCare has Transformers

Still reeling from the Lady Gaga-Jazzy power wheelchair reference during SNL this past weekend, I got an e-mail from the folks at ActiveCare Medical on Tuesday saying one of their wheelchairs will be featured in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, which hits movie theaters on July 1.
ActiveCare Medical's Wildcat 450, a heavy-duty power wheelchair, is used by one of the film's stars, John Turturro, who plays Agent Simmons (see below).
Mike Wahrmund, director of marketing, said: "The Transformers 3 script called for a major character to be confined to a wheelchair for a good portion of the film. The prop master did some research online, found us and decided that the Wildcat 450 was a perfect fit for what the director had in mind."
So that makes two pop culture references in one week. A major singer. A major blockbuster. They say all things come in threes. What's next?
