Provider hosts CPAP clinic

HARRISBURG, Pa. - CressCare Medical planned to hold its first CPAP/BiPAP clinic March 21 at its Harrisburg, Pa., location. The clinic was slated to feature several "stations" including one dedicated to new technology, one for checking CPAP and BiPAP calibration and one for buying supplies (everything from mask cleaning solutions to bed wedges). Representatives from Respironics planned a station to sign up patients for free mask trials. "I'm sure we'll pick up business by doing this, but it's more for building recognition and promoting sleep awareness," said Todd Cressler, president and CEO of CressCare. To promote the clinic, CressCare mailed information to more than 1,000 people.
