FORT WAYNE, Ind.--When the financial lender for his new project went “belly up” recently, HME provider Tom Hanchar simply went back to the drawing board. Last year, Hanchar unveiled plans to create a seven-building medical park in honor of his late wife. Now, he has purchased a nearby building with plans to create a health treatment center specializing in oxygen and hyberbaric therapies. “Financially, it’s easier to swallow,” he said. “It’s a valuable property because of its location.”
