NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas - When Nora Spires of Springfield, Ark., received her power mobility device from The Scooter Store in April, it marked the company's 250,000th delivery. The Scooter Store celebrated the milestone April 24 during a company-wide rally at its headquarters here. U.S. Sen.
