Stolen wheelchair sparks compassion

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich.--When a local newspaper reported in late September that someone had stolen a boy's rented wheelchair, a local provider sprang into action. Thomas Home Medical Equipment delivered a replacement chair to the boy within hours of hearing about the story. Other community members offered to buy a new wheelchair and some raised money for the boy and his family.
