Study: C-flex is real deal

ORLANDO - A new independent study backs up Respironics' claims that its C-Flex technology is a giant leap forward for CPAP compliance. At the Ninth Annual Symposium on Sleep and Breathing in Providence, R.I., in October, researchers from Harvard Medical School and Brown Medical School found that people slept one hour and 43 minutes longer on C-Flex than CPAP. “It's confirmation of what we've seen anecdotally,” Jeff Maglin, C-Flex product manager, said at a Medtrade press conference. “Since the introduction of CPAP, nothing has been shown to improve CPAP compliance like this.”
