Trac Medical announces contracts with eight DME providers

May 17, 2004 SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - Trac Medical Solutions has recently signed contracts with eight DME providers to use the Company's CareCert solution for processing electronic Certificates of Medical Necessity and written orders. This addition of these eight companies brings Trac's services to 22 companies with 814 locations nationwide. Nineteen locations were included in the most recent deals. TracMed estimates that these eight new companies process a combined total of approximately 40,000 to 50,000 CMN's and written orders each year. The companies contracting with Trac Medical are: Health e-Quip of Hutchinson, KS; Home Care Concepts of Farmingdale, NY; Home Therapy of Clifton Park, NY; Hutchinson Medical Supply of Salem, MA; Knoll Patient Services of Topeka, KS; National Home Health Care, Inc. of Amarillo, TX; Roberts Home Medical of Germantown, MD; and Young Medical of Toledo, OH. All of the companies are members of the American Association for Homecare. Earlier this year, AAHomecare signed a nine-year deal with Trac to provide association members with an e-CMN solution. Trac also entered deals recently with the MED Group and Apria.
