NEW YORK - KPS Capital Partners, a venture capital company, jumped into the HME industry last month when it acquired PaperPak, a manufacturer of adult incontinence products. Headquartered in Greenville, N.C., PaperPak operates two manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and California. HME providers are familiar with PaperPak through its Attends brand of incontinence products, acquired from Proctor & Gamble in 1998.
