Walgreens expands HME operations in Florida

January 12 , 2004 DEERFIELD, Ill. - Walgreen's home care division bought Stuart, Fla.-based All Care Medical Supply and Interactive Cardio Pulmonary on Jan. 6, adding Florida's Treasure Coast to its burgeoning business in the Sunshine State. Walgreens is already active in the Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and Pompano Beach markets. All Care, an HME and respiratory providers, has been supplying patients in Stuart, Okeechobee and Daytona Beach for 10 years. Walgreens has been in the home care business for seven years but has been especially active in the last several.
