Walgreens Home Care enters Oklahoma market

DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Walgreens Home Care acquired certain assets from the owners of D & T Medical, located in Tulsa, Okla. D & T Medical has provided respiratory services and home medical equipment to patients in the Tulsa metropolitan area for 12 years. The acquisition marks Walgreens initial entry into the Oklahoma market, said a company executive. The Tulsa facility initially will offer respiratory therapies and home medical equipment. Infusion services will be offered in the near future. Walgreens Home Care operates home care facilities in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.
