Who knew the RAC forum was such a hot ticket?

Anyone hear this message when they tried to dial into today's Special Open Door Forum on CMS's Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program:
"We're sorry. We have reached full capacity. Please check the Open Door Web site for further information..."
We knew the forum had limited capacity, so we called in 10 minutes early. Apparently, that wasn't early enough.
