MIAMI LAKES, Fla. - All-Med Services of Florida didn't look far when it acquired Visiting Nurse Managed Care Corp. (VNMCC) and Southeast Homecare Corp. (SHC) Dec. 31.
The provider has long subcontracted nursing services through VNMCC/SHC. Both companies were under the same ownership.
