ALBANY, N.Y. – Coram, a subsidiary of CVS, is closing its office in Colonie, N.Y., according to the Times Union. The company has notified the state Department of Labor that it will close the office in September, resulting in the loss of 70 jobs. TAMPA, Fla. - CVS has debuted HealthHUBs in nine CVS locations in the greater Tampa area, the company announced Jan. 21. The company now has 53 HealthHUB locations in five states: Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas, and plans to bring the format, which offers a greater selection of health and wellness products, to 17 states in the first part of 2020. Last week, CVS announced it had added 15 HealthHUBs in the Houston area.

It certainly caught the attention of HME providers when CVS announced that CPAP masks would be among the products offered in three new HealthHub concept stores in the Houston area. In a CNBC story online, there was even a picture of the CPAP masks featured in the stores, namely the ResMed AirFit series.
