TORRANCE, Calif. And SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Wheelchair manufacturer Convaid has donated a custom wheelchair to Le Hoang Vien, a 26-year-old Vietnamese man with rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks to the donation, he is able to attend school. The Free Wheelchair Mission will begin distributing a resdesigned wheelchair this fall in Peru.
