LAFAYETTE, La. – Viemed Healthcare reported net revenue of $37.5 million for the fourth quarter, a 30% increase over the same quarter in 2021, and $138.8 million for full year 2022.
Net income for the quarter and year totaled $2.4 million and $6.2 million, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA totaled approximately $9.3 million and $30 million, respectively.

PONTIAC, Mich. – Advent Home Medical has acquired Life Tech, doubling its size and creating the largest provider of home-based invasive ventilation in the country, the company says.
Founded in 2001, the Elmhurst, Ill.-based Life Tech specializes in providing respiratory therapy services and durable medical equipment and supplies to highly acute pediatric patients in the home, serving patients through four facilities in Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
