LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Apria Healthcare will no longer file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to a Form-8K dated Jan. 21. Apria was obligated to file periodic reports with the SEC pursuant to the terms of indenture governing the company's outstanding 12.375% senior secured notes due 2014. Rights group: Beneficiaries struggle under Medicare

NEW YORK - Beneficiaries find Medicare expensive and confusing, the Medicare Rights Center has found.
