WASHINGTON - The American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association has named Thomas Watson as its 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award Winner. Watson, along with his wife Barbara, owns Tom Watson's Prosthetic & Orthotic Lab, with locations in Owensboro and Evansville, Ky. He is a past president of AOPA and has served on the association's government relations committee.
