BEDFORD, Mass. – Insulet Corp. has announced plans to sell Neighborhood Diabetes to Liberty Medical for $5 million. Insulet acquired Woburn, Mass.-based Neighborhood Diabetes for $63 million in 2011.
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – Liberty Medical Supply has agreed to settle a $160 million claim with Medicare, according to news reports.
The agreement, reached Friday, means Liberty will pay CMS nearly $32 million, according to an article on Law360.
