So much 'new' at Invacare

BOOTH 818 - Ask “What's new?” at the Invacare booth and the grand narrated tour will begin. Visitors who ask that question should know ahead of time, though, that they may be there for a while.

Elyria, Ohio-based Invacare is all about newness at Medtrade 2012, rolling out new products, programs and resources all designed to help HME providers boost business, said Sandy Habecker, manager of trade shows and events.

“Invacare is focusing on helping our customers combat national competitive bidding by showcasing a full line of products and services along with new financing options,” she said. “Medtrade is the event to not only display new products, services and business solutions, but also present education sessions. With all that is going on in the industry, we feel it's a critical time for us to be in front of our customers.”

Among the myriad of new products and programs featured at the booth are the Pronto Air Power wheelchair, the Invacare Retail Program and the Invacare Enhanced Patient Care Program.

The 30 staff members working the booth will include Mal Mixon, chairman of the board, and Gerry Blouch, president and CEO.

Invacare subsidiary companies will also have a high profile at the booth, including TAG, ASL and Motion Concepts, Habecker said.
