Amigo president runs second marathon for charity

BRIDGEPORT, Mich. - Tim Drumhiller, president of Amigo Mobility, will run the BMW Berlin Marathon on Sept. 29 in support of The Rooprai Spinal Trust, founded in 2006 by Marrianne Rooprai. This will be Drumhiller's 20th marathon and his second in support of the trust; he was part of an eight-member team that ran the 2013 London Marathon, raising $32,000 for the trust. “I am now running for a much greater cause,” said Drumhiller. “I take great pride in knowing that Marrianne will personally benefit, and through her hard work and dedication, she will inspire others to do the same.” Rooprai, paralyzed in a 2004 car accident, walks with the use of an Ekso Skeleton robotic device.
