ATLANTA - GF Health Products plans to acquire Intensa, a manufacturer of medical and laboratory furniture based in High Point, N.C., it announced today. “This acquisition will expand our existing product line and customer base; is well-aligned with our growth strategies; and supports our objective to be a preferred global provider of healthcare equipment,” said Ken Spett, president and CEO of GF Health products, in a press release. The transaction is scheduled to close on Dec. 31.
