ALEXANDRIA, Va. —The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) is pleased to announce that Greg LoPresti, CEO Upstate HomeCare has been named chair of its board of directors. LoPresti and the full 2025-2026 Board of Directors were installed at the NHIA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. earlier this month. John Rademacher, CEO of Option Care Health, who completed his term as board chair, remains on the executive committee as past chair. “We welcome Greg’s leadership and expertise at a critical time when the association continues to build on its mission. His industry knowledge and perspective will be key advantages as NHIA advocates for appropriate coverage for infusion services and improved access to care for all patients,” said Connie Sullivan, NHIA president and CEO. LoPresti addressed NHIA conference attendees, telling them: “I believe that we’re at an inflection point. The rising needs and costs associated with health care are coming to the point where we have to find a common solution. Although home infusion has a small voice, compared to hospitals, physicians, and other large cost centers, we’re closer than ever to standing up a workable Medicare benefit.”
