BFLOW celebrates decade in business ‘making work easier’

FRESNO, Calif. — BFLOW Solutions today marks ten years of building technology designed for one simple purpose: making the work of DME teams easier, not harder. Founded in 2016 by Ted Jones, BFLOW was created in response to a growing gap in the DME industry. Over the past decade, BFLOW has evolved alongside its customers. Continuous feedback from billing teams, managers, and operators helped shape the platform into what it is today: a Workflow Optimization Suite (WOS) designed to standardize daily work, increase visibility across operations, and allow organizations to scale without losing control. “From the beginning, we believed DME teams deserved tools that supported the way work actually gets done,” said Jones, founder and CEO. “Not more complexity—clarity, structure, and control.” To commemorate its ten-year milestone, BFLOW is recognizing all current customers as Foundation Members—a designation honoring those who helped validate the model, refine the platform, and shape the future of DME operations. BFLOW is expanding its investment in AI-driven automation and intelligence, leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate workflows, interpret payer responses, reduce manual effort, and surface actionable insights across revenue cycle operations. These initiatives reinforce BFLOW’s commitment to helping DME organizations operate faster, smarter, and with greater confidence in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. “Thank you for trusting BFLOW,” said Jones. “We’re honored to keep earning it.”
