Inogen to open office in Ohio

BROOKLYN, Ohio - Inogen has won a state tax credit to bring a sales office and warehouse to Brooklyn, Ohio, and staff it with 240 employees, according to Crain's Cleveland Business. The new office and warehouse will be the center of the company's eastern U.S. operations, according to the newspaper. When it is fully staffed in three years, the office will have a $12 million payroll, Crain's reported. The state tax credit will relieve Inogen of 1.69% of state incomes taxes for eight years, according to the newspaper. Inogen currently has locations in California, where it is based, and Texas.
