Inogen seeks extension on annual report filing

GOLETA, Calif. -Inogen announced yesterday it will file a Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The move will give the Goleta, Calif.-based manufacturer an extra 15 days to file a Form 10-K for its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014. Due to an ongoing internal investigation into potential violations of accounting policies, the company was unable to file the form by the March 31 deadline.
