In August, The Daily Record named her one of Maryland's 2016 Most Admired CEOs … Duncan Hizzey has been named vice president of rehab services at Bellevue Healthcare. Hizzey, an ATP, has extensive industry experience. In his new role, he will help further develop the Bellevue, Wash.-based provider's complex rehab team.
