React Health signs with Quality Biomedical to boost service capabilities for vents

BOULDER, Colo. – React Health has expanded its post-sale warranty and non-warranty service program by signing Quality Biomedical as a national Factory Authorized Service Center. “As our market penetration grows, we need established service partners to provide top-notch, post-sale service for both warranty and out-of-warranty support,” said Brian Farkas, director of service for React Health. “Quality Biomedical has been a strong service partner since we began selling O2 concentrators many years ago. We are excited to have them join our network of service centers for our ventilator line.” Quality Biomedical operates six respiratory service centers nationwide, employing nearly 100 respiratory technicians. Effective immediately, Quality Biomedical will begin servicing the full line of React Health ventilators, including the V*Home, V+Pro, VPro+C, and VOCSN ventilators, manufactured by Ventec, a React Health company. “We are honored to be selected as one of the few FASCs for React Health's line of ventilators,” said Jim Worrell, chief commercial officer for Quality Biomedical. “Many of our customers have chosen these products as their preferred ventilator. This appointment as a national service center enables us to continue servicing nearly all our customers’ respiratory equipment.”
