SAN DIEGO - ResMed has donated $5 million to the University of California San Diego to establish the Peter C. Farrell Sleep Center of Excellence in addition to the Peter C. Farrell Chair in Pulmonary Medicine. Farrell is the founder of ResMed and chairman of the board. The center, at UC San Diego School of Medicine, will support sleep medicine and research, according to local reports.
