Hurricane Ike knocked out one wall of the American Association of Breast Care Professionals' offices in Houston. No one was hurt and the association was back up and running by Sept. 23…Shield Healthcare moved its headquarters into a 100,000-square-foot facility. The move combines two of the Valencia, Calif.-based company's corporate buildings into one central location.
