Valley makes buy

PHOENIX - Valley Healthcare Group has acquired Heartland Health Therapy, adding a total of six sleep centers and four DME locations in Arizona and Nebraska. “We can now service patients from the southern border of Arizona to Prescott, covering 75% of the state's population,” said owner Ron Evans. The company plans to open three new Infinity Sleep Solutions sleep centers in Phoenix and Tucson in the next 2 months, raising their total number of facilities to 20 and annual revenue to $20 million.
