FORT WORTH, Texas – Vertess has closed five significant transactions across various health care sectors so far in 2025, with several more deals expected to close in the coming months. Key transactions include: 

  • North Carolina-based Home Care Helpers, acquired by Arcus Health Care in New Jersey; 

  • Georgia-based Certified Seating & Mobility acquired by Reliable Medical Supply in Minnesota; 

  • North Carolina-based North State Medical Transport, acquired by MedTrust Holdings in South Carolina.; and 

  • Maryland-based Shorehaven, acquired by Sevita in Minnesota.
